Our Teas
******************************************************************** We carry over 80 loose tea varieties and over 20 specialty boxed teas in our inventory. We add teas nearly every week and can arrange to send tea via regular mail or UPS. We apologize that we cannot accommodate online orders. Orders may be placed over the phone at 407-628-TEAS. Our loose teas are typically $2.50 per ounce -- organics $3.50 per ounce -- herbals and floral teas can fluctuate due to availability and demand. ----------------------

Organic Rooibos Chamomile -- $ 3.50/ ounce You asked for it ... and Shawne provided it. This caffeine-free mix of South African Honeybush and Egytian Chamomile gives all the aromatic delights of the light and floral chamomile with the extra boost of body and antioxidants in South Africa's "Red Tea" If you are a British South Afrikaan -- we're looking at you Charlize Theron -- feel free to add cream and sugar For the rest of us ... it's probably better if you don't.
Rooibos Chai -- $ 3.50/ ounce
Mellow rooibos blended with sweet and spicy chai flavourings: allspice, anise, black pepper, cloves, cardamon, cinnamon and ginger. All the anti-oxidant goodness of rooibos, most of the endorphin rush of a spicy chai. Feel free to steep this new favorite with water or milk ... milk is more traditional... if it were really chai.

Yerba Mate -- -- -- -- All $2.50/ounce This is definitely not tea... its also definitely not "caffeine-free". This South American plant is brewed similarly to tea by with cooler water. Local custom would have you sharing the mate communally out of a dried gourd, with everyone having their own bomba (or stainless steel straw with a filter). This hot drink does not get bitter or astringent as the leaves steep, so it has a much mellower flavour than green tea.
